MY approach
The MY in MY Career Company stand for my first name initials, Manon Yvette. It is myself, my personality and my heart and soul that I put into my work to make the difference. It is my personal approach that will make “MY Career Company” feel like your own personal trainer in your career development or that of your employees.
I combine a strong sense of business with a genuine interest in people and a focus to get things done. I do not only aim for a pleasant and honest connection, I also enjoy setting a clear goal and designing and following a solid plan together with you to reach your goal. Being somewhat of a perfectionist, I have an eye for detail and like to deliver high quality work.
All my years of recruitment experience, my knowledge of the Dutch labour market, the recruitment agency world and my extensive network in HR and the financial services industry in The Netherlands, I happily put to good use to help you land your next job or help you improve your talent management programs.

About me
My name is Manon Stijnen-Helleman. I was born and raised in The Netherlands.
Over the past 20 years I have worked in large corporate organizations in international roles in Commerce, Executive Recruitment and Talent Management.
At ABN AMRO, I have set up and managed the Executive Recruitment & Succession Management processes for their Global Management Teams.
I was Divisional Manager for the Financial Services sector at Michael Page International, recruiting, training and coaching a multicultural team team of recruitment consultants. Prior to this I have set up a branch in Germany for Top Employers Institute and managed several European project teams.
I hold a Master of Business Administration and I am a Certified Trainer in communication and managements skills
Recently I went through a process of change myself when deciding on the next step in my own career. When thinking of what I love to do most, I realized that I often lose track of time in interesting conversations with clients and candidates or when facilitating workshops or presenting. I am in a flow when I am gaining knowledge or am able to share it. Also I find myself happiest and energized working in international teams and love to communicate in other languages.
Suddenly the next step seemed so obvious and this is why I started MY Career Company. It allows me to share my 20 years of expertise and experience in a meaningful way and keep learning and developing myself at the same time.
